TL;DR

Focus on driving revenue growth through outcome-based commercial strategies, leveraging AI-first solutions, and cultivating C-suite relationships within the FSI and retail sectors.

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia with full Australian working rights

What you will do

  • Identify and secure high-value opportunities within the ASX 200 and similar organizations.
  • Build and foster influential relationships with C-suite leaders to unlock new collaboration avenues.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish, providing accurate forecasts and closing deals.
  • Activate partnerships with AWS and Databricks to establish a powerful lead generation engine.
  • Design and implement innovative, outcome-based commercial strategies and subscription-based pricing.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of Business Development Managers and Account Directors.

Requirements

  • Must have full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available).
  • Proven track record as a hunter in securing new enterprise logos.
  • Hands-on experience building new business from scratch (0-to-1).
  • Senior sales experience within the digital consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of modern data stacks, AWS, and Databricks.
  • Established network with decision-makers in the Financial Services Industry and Retail across Australia.

Nice to have

  • Multilingual capabilities in Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
