What you will do
- Identify and secure high-value opportunities within the ASX 200 and similar organizations.
- Build and foster influential relationships with C-suite leaders to unlock new collaboration avenues.
- Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish, providing accurate forecasts and closing deals.
- Activate partnerships with AWS and Databricks to establish a powerful lead generation engine.
- Design and implement innovative, outcome-based commercial strategies and subscription-based pricing.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of Business Development Managers and Account Directors.
Requirements
- Must have full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available).
- Proven track record as a hunter in securing new enterprise logos.
- Hands-on experience building new business from scratch (0-to-1).
- Senior sales experience within the digital consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of modern data stacks, AWS, and Databricks.
- Established network with decision-makers in the Financial Services Industry and Retail across Australia.

- Multilingual capabilities in Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
