Location: Hybrid in Sydney office (3 days a week)

What you will do
- Own cold outreach and warm referral pipelines targeting aged care CEOs, care managers, and coordinators.
- Build relationships with peak bodies like OT associations and aged care networks for referrals and advocacy.
- Support marketing on media, PR, and thought leadership in aged care nutrition (10-15% of role).
- Represent at industry events, webinars, and provider meetings.
- Track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and partnership outcomes; research and set up CRM system.
- Apply AI-powered solutions and workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in B2B business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in aged care, health, or government-funded services
- Proven ability to build relationships from cold outreach to close.
- Confident communicator for emails and presentations to care managers.
- Self-directed with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working across internal teams, external partners, and media.

- Understanding of aged care ecosystem (SaH, HCP, NDIS).
