What you will do
- Develop and execute business plans to exceed sales goals for storage and analysis products.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to drive qualified opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
- Implement strategies to grow the business and influence product roadmaps based on customer requirements.
- Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing.
- Articulate the value proposition to stakeholders ranging from technical engineers to CxOs.
- Forecast sales predictably and maintain high performance within the product line.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia
- 5+ years of enterprise or strategic sales/pre-sales experience in Security or IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in an early-stage startup environment with less than 1,000 employees.
- Proven ability to run complex sales processes and land large expansion deals.
- Experience selling through channel-led motions and using the MEDDIC methodology.
- Ability to operate independently and create demand for emerging solutions without a pre-existing playbook.
