What you will do

• Lead daily operations across trading, payments, and the client lifecycle.
• Design and maintain operational processes, controls, and monitoring frameworks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, specifically VARA.
• Align operations with internal compliance, risk, and corporate policies.
• Manage operational risks, incident handling, and escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with global teams and oversee the build-out of the local operations function.

Requirements

• Proven operations experience in financial services, fintech, or VASP.
• Experience owning operational controls and policies in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of trading operations, payments, or client-facing workflows.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory landscape and VARA requirements.
• Must be a UAE resident, national, or able to relocate to the UAE.
• Ability to meet VARA fit and proper standards regarding integrity and financial soundness.
