Salary: From €7,500 gross per month

Electronic Money Institution providing online payment processing solutions, including payment gateways, global payment processing, merchant accounts, open banking, recurring payments, and mass payments for online businesses.

What you will do

  • Provide strategic oversight and governance for operations within the EU.
  • Lead business growth, market expansion, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies supporting stability and profitability.
  • Advise on corporate strategy and regulatory expectations.
  • Engage regulators, partners, clients, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in fintech or payments.
  • Strong understanding of the EU regulatory landscape for electronic money institutions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading organizational change.
  • Proficiency in Finnish is required for communication with the FIN-FSA regulator.
  • Proficiency in English is required for communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with familiarity with digital payments and open banking.
