What you will do

• Own and drive the US business unit strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Manage the US-specific backlog and coordinate cross-functional contributors across Product, Legal, and BD.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for US regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to support US market expansion.
• Oversee the operational setup of the US entity, including staffing and vendor management.
• Build and manage the US budget while tracking performance against key KPIs.

Requirements

• 10+ years in financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within crypto, fintech, or banking.
• Deep understanding of the US regulatory environment for financial services and crypto.
• Proven track record of building and managing cross-functional or distributed remote teams.
• Strong backlog management and prioritization instincts.
• Established network within the US crypto and fintech ecosystem.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
