Focus on optimizing business cadence, driving OKR accountability, and embedding AI tools into organizational workflows.

What you will do

  • Act as a high-leverage extension of the CEO, COO, CFO, and CTO on critical strategic initiatives and complex internal programs.
  • Manage the company operating rhythm, including leadership syncs, monthly business reviews, and board preparation.
  • Drive OKR setting, tracking, and accountability across the leadership team in collaboration with the COO.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery between product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment.
  • Develop high-stakes communications, including board decks, company town halls, and internal newsletters.
  • Support and track AI adoption across business functions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Familiarity with payments, PSPs, or financial infrastructure.
  • Prior experience in a startup at Series B or beyond.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
