What you will do
- Act as a high-leverage extension of the CEO, COO, CFO, and CTO on critical strategic initiatives and complex internal programs.
- Manage the company operating rhythm, including leadership syncs, monthly business reviews, and board preparation.
- Drive OKR setting, tracking, and accountability across the leadership team in collaboration with the COO.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery between product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment.
- Develop high-stakes communications, including board decks, company town halls, and internal newsletters.
- Support and track AI adoption across business functions to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced tech environment.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure in a high-performance environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Familiarity with payments, PSPs, or financial infrastructure.
- Prior experience in a startup at Series B or beyond.
- Proficiency in SQL.
