What you will do

• Handle order processing, including purchase orders via EDI, mail, and fax, ensuring entry within 24 hours.
• Manage customer requests such as order expedites, stock availability, and complaint handling (8D).
• Build customer relationships through proactive communication of delivery statuses and open order reports.
• Provide sales support by managing RFQs, quote renewals, and coordinating pricing approvals.
• Improve order processing procedures and maintain accurate customer data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal English language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO/QS/TS).
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, German, or French.
