What you will do
- Resolve service questions and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including processing, quoting, and tracking shipments.
- Perform accurate data entry for orders and customer information.
- Monitor vendor management inventory and process RMA claims.
- Utilize SAP to support customer service operations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve service processes and relations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Vendor Management Programs.
