What you will do

• Coordinate materials and information flow to ensure high customer service levels for various accounts.
• Manage the full order cycle, including review of pricing, specifications, shipping requirements, and order entry.
• Expedite work-in-progress materials to maximize delivery date integrity and satisfy customer demand.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as purchasing, fabrication, assembly, and planning.
• Generate quotes for intercompany and external customers.
• Liaise with the Quality Department regarding RMAs and AQRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or Foreign Trade.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read blueprints, identify product lines, and answer basic technological questions.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
