What you will do
- Process customer orders accurately and manage the order-to-payment lifecycle.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with internal departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Support sales account managers by providing visibility into order status and distribution issues.
- Communicate service KPIs and strategy during internal meetings to drive process improvements.
- Assist with departmental tasks and participate in company change initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Up to 2 years of prior customer service experience or a university degree.
- Experience in order and complaint management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Google Workspace.
- SAP ERP system knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours to cover holiday calendars.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, or Bahasa Malaysia.
