What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-team programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment on scope and priorities.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements and execution plans in partnership with engineering.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure programs remain on track across multiple dependencies.
• Facilitate decision-making and prioritization, balancing business impact and technical constraints.
• Improve organizational efficiency by refining program execution processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Mentor teams on program management best practices to elevate execution maturity.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role.
• Experience leading multi-team programs with complex interdependencies.
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile ceremonies.
• Background in software development or quality engineering with technical knowledge of system design and delivery workflows.
• Ability to drive alignment and influence decisions across globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and senior leadership audiences.
