What you will do
- Lead complex, cross-team programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment on scope and priorities.
- Translate business goals into technical requirements and execution plans in partnership with engineering.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure programs remain on track across multiple dependencies.
- Facilitate decision-making and prioritization, balancing business impact and technical constraints.
- Improve organizational efficiency by refining program execution processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Mentor teams on program management best practices to elevate execution maturity.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role.
- Experience leading multi-team programs with complex interdependencies.
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile ceremonies.
- Background in software development or quality engineering with technical knowledge of system design and delivery workflows.
- Ability to drive alignment and influence decisions across globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and senior leadership audiences.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Expertise in adapting Scrum or Kanban to fit highly complex programs.
- Experience scaling program management tooling or team workflows.
- Willingness to travel as needed for stakeholder collaboration.
