What you will do

• Own the global program roadmap for all D2C initiatives, ensuring alignment of timelines and deliverables.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Drive execution of concurrent initiatives to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with payments partners, vendors, and internal platform teams.
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, and interdependencies across the organization.
• Implement and improve program management processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or product delivery in complex environments.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, D2C, or e-commerce platforms.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience reporting to executive leadership.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action and accountability.
