TL;DR

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per annum (for Washington State)

What you will do

  • Own and manage integrated workback plans across readiness, validation, communications, and launch milestones.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs, including participant onboarding and logistics.
  • Manage staged, ring-based deployment processes with clear entry and exit criteria and feedback loops.
  • Partner with engineering, customer experience, and readiness teams to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop high-quality executive presentations and provide clear, timely status reporting.
  • Coordinate readiness activities including training, communications, and asset development workflows.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working within a large enterprise environment.
  • Proven expertise in workback planning, execution management, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience running UAT programs, pilots, or phased/iterative rollouts.
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced PowerPoint expertise.
  • Ability to work within the US (implied by 401k and state-specific compensation).

Nice to have

  • PMP or PMI certification.
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ring-based deployment or experimental rollout frameworks.
  • Experience in customer experience, readiness, or enablement programs.
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration tools like Teams, Planner, or Loop.
