Salary: $171,000 – $231,400 USD (San Francisco base range).

What you will do

• Drive complex programs with high ambiguity across multiple customer and stakeholder groups.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to solve critical business problems.
• Identify strategic opportunities and determine program viability.
• Collaborate with other TPMs on cross-company strategic initiatives and best practices.
• Design solutions and understand problem spaces by working directly with individual contributors.
• Drive clarity and deliver results through direct engagement with executive leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a TPM or Engineering Manager.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
• Proven ability to work directly with ICs on designing solutions.
• Experience driving results on complex programs with executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of when to introduce process and when to avoid it.
• Passion for working in a mission-driven organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Identity, Regulatory, or Governance domains.
• Track record owning programs in infrastructure, platform, or product domains.
