Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (fully remote)
Compensation: $200,000 ($100,000 base / $100,000 variable)

What you will do
- Prospect and win new business from global media companies and publishers of all sizes.
- Own the full sales cycle, including qualification, virtual demos, trial management, and negotiation.
- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and phone.
- Research prospect KPIs to tailor commercial proposals and data-driven presentations.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in Salesforce to provide visibility into pipeline health.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- 3–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (media industry experience is a major plus) OR 5+ years of experience as a news anchor, reporter, or journalist.
- Proven ability to communicate persuasively across multiple audiences and execute high-level storytelling.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry conferences.

- Track record of exceeding aggressive sales quotas in a hunter role.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
- Experience with newsroom analytics, audience engagement tools, or media workflow systems.
