What you will do

  • Execute the EMEA demand generation plan and track MQL performance across multiple markets.
  • Run paid and owned campaigns via LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, email, and content syndication to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage lead capture processes, including landing page coordination, form optimization, and lead scoring alignment.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to track CPL, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure timely and high-standard campaign delivery.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and coordinate target account lists with sales development teams.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing within the IT, software, or technology sector.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and content syndication.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for lead management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign data and communicate optimization insights.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns.
