What you will do

• Drive campaign execution from requirements through design, building, testing, and measurement.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and lead SLAs.
• Leverage firmographic and behavioral segmentation for effective campaign targeting.
• Maintain reporting mechanisms for key GTM metrics, including lead volume and conversion rates.
• Perform recurring audits of core data sources to ensure high data integrity.
• Optimize marketing operations processes for increased program effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America
• 2+ years of experience using Salesforce (mandatory).
• Ability to analyze marketing data to optimize automation processes and architecture.
• Experience integrating and building tools into an existing tech stack.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• General understanding of marketing metrics.
