TL;DR

Marketing Manager (SaaS): Executing regional marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate demand for an AI-native employee experience platform with an accent on field events, campaign localization, and sales alignment. Focus on driving pipeline growth, managing account-based experiences, and optimizing lead conversion through targeted content.

Location: Hybrid in New York City (Tribeca). Must be in the office at least 2 days per week during core days (Tuesday-Thursday).

Salary: $90,000 - $98,000 base salary per year

What you will do

  • Execute regional marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate demand pipeline.
  • Localize global campaigns for the Americas market across digital, email, events, and social channels.
  • Plan and execute field events, sponsored activations, and account-based experiences.
  • Manage event email programs from pre-event promotion through post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support key accounts and ensure meetings are booked.
  • Monitor market and competitive intelligence to generate creative regional campaign ideas.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with a focus on field or regional marketing.
  • Versatile background across events, digital, email, and campaign marketing.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Canva, and Salesforce.
  • Must be based in New York City to support the hybrid work model.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for onsite event support and coordination.
  • Strong communication skills to translate marketing activity into business terms for stakeholders.
