What you will do

• Expand global strategic partnerships and maintain existing relationships with key partners.
• Identify and negotiate new business opportunities to increase market penetration, user acquisition, and revenue.
• Execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products within the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product BUs to drive the product roadmap based on ROI and first-hand market insights.
• Build a strong brand presence within the local and global blockchain community.
• Identify strategic investment opportunities in coordination with hirify.global Labs.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant business development experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track-record of delivering impactful, high-scale partnerships.
• Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and product knowledge.
• Analytical and methodical approach to managing KPIs and ROI.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong passion for growing the blockchain community.
