What you will do
- Prospect outbound opportunities and acquire new customers in the Japanese market.
- Manage a full sales pipeline, engaging with C-suite and key decision-makers in Finance and Banking.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, structure, and negotiate deals to closure.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategies, including participation in M&A community events to enhance visibility.
- Provide relevant customer feedback to product development and management teams.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in a full 360 closing role within B2B or professional services.
- Proven track record in Tech, SaaS, or the Finance industry.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Business English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills for persuasive pitching and client discovery.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

- Familiarity with finance industry market trends and key players.
- Experience engaging and communicating with C-level executives.
- Background in high-velocity sales environments.
- Previous experience in the SaaS and VDR industry.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
