TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Tokyo, Japan). Day-to-day work can be done from home, but in-person client visits are required.

A global B2B SaaS product company providing a highly-rated Virtual Data Room (VDR) for secure business collaboration.

What you will do

  • Prospect outbound opportunities and acquire new customers in the Japanese market.
  • Manage a full sales pipeline, engaging with C-suite and key decision-makers in Finance and Banking.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, structure, and negotiate deals to closure.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategies, including participation in M&A community events to enhance visibility.
  • Provide relevant customer feedback to product development and management teams.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a full 360 closing role within B2B or professional services.
  • Proven track record in Tech, SaaS, or the Finance industry.
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills for persuasive pitching and client discovery.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with finance industry market trends and key players.
  • Experience engaging and communicating with C-level executives.
  • Background in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS and VDR industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
