What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and upselling existing offerings based on market insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to refine product offerings.
• Oversee account implementation and growth using data analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager in the payments industry.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
