What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive deals strategy to meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies.
• Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue.
• Negotiate advertising rates and contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor ad performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ad sales, specifically within offerwall, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and key industry players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
