What you will do

• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and technology companies.
• Lead cross-functional deal teams from initial outreach through contract execution.
• Develop long-term strategic plans for partnership growth and evaluate new business models.
• Analyze partner pipelines and market trends to prioritize opportunities and influence company strategy.
• Negotiate and structure complex deals, including licensing and co-commercialization.
• Represent the company at industry meetings and serve as a liaison for external partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business (MBA or advanced scientific degree strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business development or corporate strategy within biopharma, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
• Proven success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the drug development ecosystem and regulatory pathways.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
