Salary: $160,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Build and close high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators.
- Own and execute go-to-market strategy for the Central US buying landscape, including procurement and funding cycles.
- Create compelling, data-driven business cases to improve ridership, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to city leaders regarding transit network design and operational constraints.
- Represent the company at senior levels through conferences, industry events, and thought leadership.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable insights for product and strategy teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy.
- Must be based in the US Central region.
- Proven track record of winning complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to drive strategic decisions.
- Ability to adapt communication style for diverse stakeholders from boardrooms to public proposals.
- Sound commercial judgment and high-ownership mindset.

- Background in public transport or mobility.
- Experience in infrastructure or tech-enabled services.
