What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate distributed control plane services for the Sable OLTP storage platform.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers to define technical solutions for observability, automated scaling, and fleet management.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from design documentation through production deployment.
• Build monitoring and automation systems to maintain the highest bar of operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis during on-call rotations.
• Write maintainable code and contribute to quality-focused code reviews.

Requirements

• Professional software development experience (non-internship).
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
• Experience building and successfully delivering complex software systems to customers.
• Proven experience in designing or architecting for reliability and scaling.
• Strong knowledge of the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including source control and build processes.
