What you will do
- Build and maintain forecasting models for sales and renewals to identify revenue risks and opportunities.
- Optimize revenue processes by tracking deal velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Act as a strategic advisor for the tech stack, specifically integrating data between Salesforce and Gong.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to provide analytics for pricing and packaging strategies.
- Ensure high data integrity across dashboards and records to maintain a clean operational ecosystem.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, or WV).
- 2+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Financial Analysis within the SaaS industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for executives and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
