What you will do
- Define and refine the Ideal Client Profile (ICP) using firmographic, behavioural, and intent signals.
- Design account tiering and prioritisation frameworks to focus sales efforts on high-propensity opportunities.
- Manage data enrichment strategy and governance within Salesforce to ensure high-quality account and contact data.
- Conduct whitespace, TAM/SAM, and segment penetration analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales leadership and Marketing to align outreach motions with buying committee patterns.
- Provide analytical inputs for annual planning, QBRs, and board-level narratives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or commercial analytics.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; SQL skills are a plus.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate data analysis and documentation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently as a self-starter.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with data enrichment vendors such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, or 6Sense.
