What you will do

• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear flows and interaction models across native mobile and web channels.
• Establish scalable navigation, information architecture, and evolve cross-channel design systems.
• Design decision-heavy experiences that build trust and align with overall product strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate deeply with engineering on feasibility, tradeoffs, and QA to ensure design fidelity.
• Utilize research and A/B testing to iteratively refine core user journeys as the product matures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Proven track record of shipping and evolving consumer experiences across native mobile and web channels.
• Experience in fintech, commerce, loyalty, or marketplaces.
• Strong systems thinking capability to design patterns and reusable components rather than individual pages.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Mexico.
