TL;DR

Senior UX Designer (Growth): Designing experiences that impact activation, conversion, retention, and revenue with an accent on data-driven iteration and behavioral psychology. Focus on mapping user journeys, running A/B tests, and transforming behavioral insights into high-impact product experiences.

Location: Must be based in Brazil (100% Remote)

What you will do

  • Design user-centered flows and interfaces to improve value perception and maximize conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Map and evolve key journeys such as onboarding, activation, purchase, expansion, and retention.
  • Create low and high-fidelity prototypes to run fast cycles of hypothesis, testing, and iteration.
  • Apply behavioral psychology principles ethically to improve decision-making and product performance.
  • Define and monitor growth metrics alongside cross-functional teams to ensure proper instrumentation and analysis.
  • Conduct usability tests and quantitative validation to inform design decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in UX/UI design with a focus on product growth and data-driven iteration.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping platforms.
  • Solid understanding of analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and metric-driven product development.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) principles and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Notion.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
