What you will do

• Lead design strategy for Xplor Pay, aligning UX decisions with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with the CPO and cross-functional teams to define product vision and design direction.
• Integrate AI-powered prototyping tools and methodologies into the product design lifecycle.
• Own the end-to-end design process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize findings and incorporate feedback into iterations.
• Communicate design concepts and prototypes effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be located within the lower 48 states of the US
• 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio for complex web and mobile applications.
• Experience in a Lead or Senior role is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and design thinking; ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction design patterns.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to discuss technical constraints with engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform design decisions.
• Experience using AI in design, research, and copy (e.g., Co-pilot, Figma Make, Miro AI).
• Front-end coding proficiency (HTML, CSS) for prototyping or component development.
