What you will do

• Design enterprise-grade UIs using Figma, focusing on scalability and consistency.
• Lead end-to-end UX design for data review and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Conduct user research and synthesize feedback to iterate on design decisions.
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and detailed documentation for developer handoff.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Figma (auto layout, variants, prototyping).
• Experience designing for enterprise environments and complex information architectures.
• Proven track record with data review/approval workflows (e.g., audit interfaces, validation flows).
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles.
• English: Advanced level (C1) required for communication with global teams.
