What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design for complex, data-rich products like dashboards and analytics platforms.
• Define and drive UX strategy by aligning user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Translate complex datasets and metrics into intuitive, accessible, and functional experiences.
• Create high-quality, implementation-ready designs in Figma using scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Mentor other designers through feedback, design reviews, and project collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design with a focus on B2B or platform products.
• Proven experience designing complex, data-intensive applications or analytics dashboards.
• Advanced expertise in Figma, including component libraries and design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience working in agile product environments with cross-functional teams.
