TL;DR
Senior Designer (UX): Building and delivering human-centered design work for digital services with an accent on user journey mapping, qualitative data analysis, and accessible UX. What you will do
- Lead delivery of design work including initiative briefs, discovery artifacts, sketches, wireframes, UX flows, and low/high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop and manage competitive analysis and report results to stakeholders.
- Apply human-centered design processes and deliverables in compliance with standards and regulations.
- Contribute to design libraries and create visual design and brand artifacts, including design system contributions.
- Coach designers with actionable feedback and facilitate discussions across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Support accessibility work, including 508 compliance, and identify risks with recommendations to mitigate them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience (relevant experience may substitute for education).
- Proficiency in user journey mapping and qualitative data analysis.
- Experience creating design prototypes and wireframing using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong skills in designing accessible user experiences and developing content strategies.
