What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI workstream for customer- and merchant-facing journeys across web and mobile.
• Interpret complex platform architecture and regulatory requirements into coherent design frameworks.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate documentation, flow logic, and interface copy.
• Build and maintain design systems, UI standards, and component libraries.
• Manage approval workflows with Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Collaborate directly with engineering to ensure design intent is maintained during implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design within banking, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and design tokens.
• Proven ability to translate technical architecture documentation into UX frameworks independently.
• Practical fluency with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT integrated into design workflows.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• MSc in UX/UI, Product Design, or related field.
• Familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch.
