Location: Must be based in London, UK. The role requires office attendance four days a week (Monday - Thursday).

What you will do

• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue remediation via ServiceNow.
• Maintain Workday documentation, user guides, and process procedures.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to ensure user requests align with global design principles.
• Support system testing, report building, mass data loads (EIBs), and routine maintenance.
• Conduct data analysis, system audits, and compliance reporting.
• Train end-users and People Team members on new processes and system functionality.

Requirements

• Experience in HRIS (Workday preferred) and HR Analytics, or relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF).
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends and draw logical conclusions.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and a strong focus on GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office four days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas), or R.
• Experience with data visualization processes.
