What you will do

  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws with a focus on EMEA requirements.
  • Execute employee lifecycle processes in Workday, including onboarding and data management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global employee inquiries via the ticketing system.
  • Partner with cross-functional People teams to resolve inquiries and escalate issues efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support operational tasks such as background checks, work authorization, and internal audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with an HRIS system (Workday is a plus).
