What you will do

  • Review and validate subscription orders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and vendor requirements.
  • Reconcile vendor reporting to ensure licensed access and manage user permissions.
  • Handle subscription order RPDs, including bug identification, severity assessment, and enhancement prioritization.
  • Process daily client requests for product access, cancellations, and account modifications.
  • Maintain and update product codes and deployment levels to ensure accurate billing and access.
  • Support bulk projects for sales and clients, including large-scale purchasing or product conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be flexible to work in shifts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks and meet daily deadlines.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior knowledge of Subscription Orders and related applications.
