What you will do

• Manage 200+ inbound and outbound warm calls weekly to close new customers.
• Explain services and upsell recurring plans to maximize customer value.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to data protection policies.
• Meet and exceed established sales metrics and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional communication and service to U.S.-based customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
• At least 2 years of telesales or BPO experience.
• High school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM, VoIP tools, and Google Suite.
• Hardware: Core i5, 8GB RAM, dual monitors, noise-canceling headset, stable Ethernet (50mbps down/25mbps up) and backup power source (UPS/generator).
