What you will do

  • Supervise floor operations to ensure the sales team meets hourly, daily, and monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with the Online Sales Director to develop sales strategies, programs, and rewards.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the recruitment process for new Business Development Specialists.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls to identify performance gaps and recommend training programs.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure exceptional sales performance and service quality.
  • Lead by example and ensure strict adherence to company policies, including IT, QA, and attendance guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Sales Team Leader or supervisory role.
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist, sales representative, or similar position.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems, Zendesk, cPanel, and web hosting management tools.
  • Proven leadership, mentorship, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive team performance.
