Location: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines)
Salary: ₱62,000 – ₱75,000 per month

What you will do
- Deliver expansion quota through upsell and cross-sell motions within a portfolio of SMB and Lower Mid-Market customers.
- Identify growth opportunities based on product usage, business needs, and market trends.
- Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover needs and position additional products and services.
- Drive the full expansion sales cycle including discovery, solution alignment, pricing, and negotiation.
- Partner with Customer Success, Renewals, and CDRs to align on account strategy and customer health.
- Maintain disciplined opportunity management, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
Requirements
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines for a hybrid work model.
- Experience in driving Expansion ARR and Net New Expansion Revenue.
- Ability to develop multi-threaded relationships with HR, Compensation, and Finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work a fixed schedule: Monday through Friday, 10pm-7am Manila time.
