TL;DR

Salary: €71,000 - €101,000 per year

What you will do

  • Define and execute global strategy for process excellence, training, and knowledge management.
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and change management.
  • Architect the knowledge ecosystem including SOPs, AI-enabled tools, and learning platforms.
  • Manage localization strategy to ensure content is culturally and linguistically adapted for global markets.
  • Oversee end-to-end design and delivery of training programs for onboarding and product rollouts.
  • Analyze metrics and dashboards to continuously optimize workflows and influence leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in process excellence, operations enablement, or localization strategy.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, or AI-driven knowledge tools.
  • Background in regulated industries, preferably financial services or fintech.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% to support global sites and vendor partners.
