Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Lead monthly Recovery system releases, managing calendars, scope, and readiness checkpoints.
• Coordinate dependencies across Agile Release Trains and shared platforms to ensure smooth delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners and IT teams to manage enhancements, defects, and technical debt in JIRA.
• Facilitate go/no-go readiness discussions and post-release validation.
• Drive continuous improvement in release and change processes to reduce delivery risk.
• Provide SME guidance on Debt Manager configuration and integration design.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• 5+ years of experience in financial services (credit/servicing/collections/recovery).
• 5+ years in technology delivery, business systems, or process optimization.
• 3+ years of experience with requirements definition and delivery scope.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, ETL tools, or SAS.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Debt Manager experience.
• Experience with Rules Engines and inbound/outbound file processing.
• Familiarity with FD, GECOM, Vision Plus, or Fiserv applications.
• Agile certification or deep experience with PI planning.
