TL;DR
AVP, Change Management (Fintech): Leading release management and change governance for the Recovery platform with an accent on Debt Manager configuration and cross-functional Agile coordination. Focus on ensuring end-to-end release readiness, managing technical dependencies, and driving continuous process improvement for high-quality production outcomes.
Location: Must be based in the U.S. and able to commute to the nearest Hub for in-person engagement.
Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Lead monthly Recovery system releases, managing calendars, scope, and readiness checkpoints.
- Coordinate dependencies across Agile Release Trains and shared platforms to ensure smooth delivery.
- Partner with Product Owners and IT teams to manage enhancements, defects, and technical debt in JIRA.
- Facilitate go/no-go readiness discussions and post-release validation.
- Drive continuous improvement in release and change processes to reduce delivery risk.
- Provide SME guidance on Debt Manager configuration and integration design.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
- 5+ years of experience in financial services (credit/servicing/collections/recovery).
- 5+ years in technology delivery, business systems, or process optimization.
- 3+ years of experience with requirements definition and delivery scope.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, ETL tools, or SAS.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- Debt Manager experience.
- Experience with Rules Engines and inbound/outbound file processing.
- Familiarity with FD, GECOM, Vision Plus, or Fiserv applications.
- Agile certification or deep experience with PI planning.
