What you will do

• Plan and execute process improvement projects across various countries and domains.
• Analyze operational management data to identify new business cases and efficiency opportunities.
• Drive CI awareness through coaching and providing process improvement trainings.
• Implement and scale the "Improving" CI tracker tool to enable fact-based decision steering.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and solve complex organizational challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering global projects in a structured environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.
• Proven project management skills with a focus on delivering tangible results.
• Ability to proactively lead initiatives and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in Bratislava, Slovakia for a hybrid setup.

• Experience executing projects according to Lean Six Sigma or Design Thinking methodologies.
