Salary: $140,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of change management for Source-to-Pay (S2P) initiatives.
• Develop targeted communications and role-based training for end users and suppliers.
• Perform impact assessments and translate them into actionable adoption plans.
• Partner with procurement leaders to resolve resistance and track adoption metrics.
• Align change milestones with the PMO and communicate progress to the executive steering committee.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in enterprise change management, preferably in procurement or S2P environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in South Windsor, CT.
• Experience with ERP or cloud procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Zycus.
• Certification in Change Management and proficiency in Prosci/ADKAR methodology.
• Strong process management skills, including Lean Six Sigma and Process Mapping expertise.
