What you will do

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant and practical design solutions.
• Take full autonomous ownership of the product from a design perspective, managing every detail.
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, ranging from low-fi sketches to pixel-perfect designs.
• Implement OWASP top 10 techniques to secure code from vulnerabilities.
• Maintain industry best practices for data maintenance and information asset protection.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience designing consumer and mobile products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Invision.
• Proven experience owning consumer-oriented product experiences.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to iterate design instincts based on user research and A/B testing.
• An online portfolio or PDF showcasing your work is required.

Nice to have

• Work experience at leading consumer technology companies such as Uber, Airbnb, Houzz, or Square.
