UX Designer II

Location: St Paul, Minnesota, United States; travel to customer, vendor, and corporate sites required less than 10% of the time.

Salary: $77,200.00–$100,333.33 per year.

What you will do

• Define user interface requirements with business and technology stakeholders in alignment with product vision.
• Design features and applications, including workflows, graphical interfaces, user profiles, journey maps, personas, use cases, and scenarios.
• Create prototypes and minimally viable products with product and development teams, then iterate based on customer behavior and feedback.
• Use usability research, analytics, user testing, and A/B testing to guide user-centered design decisions.
• Help define UX strategy, present design decisions, and communicate the opportunities and limitations of different approaches.
• Research UX best practices and participate in or lead design interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, HCI, IT/MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of industry experience in analysis, design, and documentation of B2B or B2C applications.
• Working knowledge of design software and design principles and techniques.
• Experience moving designs through an agile development process.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX design experience.
• Ability to conduct research, collect feedback, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Commerce Cloud, CMS transformation, B2B e-commerce, and digital customer journeys.
• Experience with design system adoption and governance.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Proficiency with Figma and experience designing AI software.
• Medical sector experience and strong research skills.
