Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Theale, United Kingdom (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do

• Drive research and provide insights into channel ecosystems to support vendor go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct primary research through interviews with vendors and channel partners.
• Create and deliver research deliverables including reports, presentations, and surveys.
• Present research insights to senior-level decision makers and HQ teams.
• Contribute to global research engagements and projects using digital research tools.

Requirements

• Strong English language verbal and written skills are essential.
• Exceptional data analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a globally dispersed team.
• Must be able to work in-person at the Theale office at least three days per week.
• Interest in technology, routes-to-market, and digital research tools.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in researching channels and partner ecosystems.
• Fluency in another European language.
• Experience using AI tools for research purposes.
