What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and processes.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Support the design and improvement of systems, tools, and workflows, including AI-enabled processes.
• Create clear documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and development.
• Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solution fit.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London or Oxford.
• Proven ability to analyze processes and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience creating process documentation like As-Is and To-Be models.
• Strong communication skills for working across diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with UML or similar modeling approaches.
• Experience with testing or test automation.
• Relevant professional certifications or education.
