What you will do

• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure functional specifications meet business suitability.
• Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for modernization and cost optimization.
• Maintain effective communication with senior stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process modeling using BPMN standards.
• Hands-on experience working in agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with Lead-to-Cash processes and Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and business analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data analytics platforms.
